<p><strong>Abu Dhabi to Host Global Rail 2025, Cementing UAE as Transport Innovation Hub</strong></p><p><strong>Abu Dhabi:</strong> The UAE capital is set to become a <strong>global hub for transport innovation</strong> as <strong>Global Rail 2025</strong> brings together world leaders, ministers, CEOs, and innovators from over <strong>100 countries</strong>. Hosted by <strong>Etihad Rail</strong>, the event runs from <strong>September 30 to October 2</strong> under the patronage of <strong>Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan</strong>, UAE Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister.</p><p>Supported by <strong>Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan</strong>, Chairman of Etihad Rail, the exhibition and conference is organized in partnership with the <strong>UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI)</strong> and <strong>dmg events</strong>, attracting businesses with a combined annual turnover exceeding <strong>$140 billion</strong>.</p><p><strong>A Global Platform for Mobility</strong><br>The event is expected to welcome over <strong>20,000 participants</strong> across four halls, featuring <strong>200+ companies</strong> from 14 sectors, including infrastructure, rolling stock, AI, and smart mobility. Eleven national rail operators, including <strong>Etihad Rail, Hafeet Rail, Qatar Rail, Korea Railways, India Railways, and East Japan Railways</strong>, will participate.</p><p>This year’s theme, <strong>“Driving the Future of Transport and Global Connectivity,”</strong> emphasizes <strong>sustainable transport, multimodal integration, and AI-driven mobility</strong>, especially as global passenger traffic is forecast to reach <strong>9.5 billion by 2025</strong>.</p><p><strong>Two Conferences, One Mission</strong><br>Global Rail 2025 will host <strong>Strategic and Technical conferences</strong> with <strong>200 global speakers</strong>, covering topics such as high-speed rail, financing, intermodal planning, AI, safety standards, engineering, and digitalization.
