The facility, developed in partnership with JD Logistics, represents a milestone in the company’s mission to provide faster, more efficient, and customer-centric after-sales support in one of the world’s fastest-growing EV markets.
The launch ceremony brought together industry leaders including Alex Tang, Head of XPENG Global; Saeed Al Dhaheri, Managing Director of Ali & Sons; Ken Wang, General Manager of MEA; Medhat Khalil, Chairman of Raya Holding; and Charlie Peng, Vice President of JD Group & Head of JD Logistics for the Middle East.

The new warehouse, equipped with a digitalised management system, serves as XPENG’s central after-sales hub for the region. It ensures fast and accurate distribution of spare parts and accessories, reducing delivery times and improving customer satisfaction. The partnership with JD Logistics integrates advanced supply chain technology, including real-time inventory tracking and predictive analytics, allowing XPENG to maintain optimal stock levels and deliver parts efficiently across the UAE and neighboring markets.
This investment also supports the UAE’s strong push toward sustainable mobility. The country’s EV market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 41.2% between 2025 and 2030, expanding from a value of $2.2 billion in 2024 to $16.3 billion by 2030. Government-led initiatives like the Dubai Green Mobility Strategy 2030 and the UAE Net Zero 2050 vision have made the nation a leader in electric and hybrid vehicle adoption.
