3 new Gulf towers to surpass Burj Khalifa

<p><strong>Three New Gulf Towers Set to Surpass Dubai’s Burj Khalifa</strong></p><p>Saudi Arabia and the UAE are transforming the global skyline with three extraordinary skyscrapers poised to eclipse Dubai’s iconic 828-metre Burj Khalifa.</p><p><strong>Rise Tower, Riyadh</strong><br>Supported by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, the futuristic Rise Tower will soar an unprecedented 2,000 metres with 678 floors, making it the tallest man-made structure in history. Designed by Foster + Partners, the tower will include residences, hotels, offices, and observation decks. Estimated cost: $5 billion.</p><p><strong>Jeddah Tower</strong><br>After delays, construction has resumed on the 1,000+ metre Jeddah Tower, slated for completion by 2028. Developed by Jeddah Economic Company, it will feature luxury apartments, a hotel, office spaces, and the world’s highest observation deck.</p><p><strong>Burj Azizi, Dubai</strong><br>Rising along Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi is set to reach over 725 metres, potentially approaching 1 km. The 131-floor skyscraper will house luxury residences, retail outlets, and a record-breaking seven-star hotel. Completion is expected between 2027 and 2028.</p><p>These mega projects, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and Dubai’s real estate expansion, highlight the Gulf’s ambition to lead globally in architectural innovation and urban development. By the decade’s end, the Middle East could be home to the three tallest towers on Earth.</p>
