UAE Weather Update: Hot, Humid, with Possible Rainfall
Dubai: UAE residents can expect a hot and humid day with partly cloudy skies and a chance of rainfall in some areas. According to AccuWeather, early morning temperatures in Dubai were around 32°C.
By afternoon:
Internal regions: 41°C to 45°C
Coastal and island areas: highs of 42°C, lows around 35°C
Mountainous areas: cooler, between 30°C and 36°C
Cloud formation is likely over eastern regions, potentially bringing showers. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts a high chance of rain until September 5, driven by a surface low-pressure system from the east combined with a weak upper-air low-pressure system.
Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally strengthening up to 40 km/h, stirring dust and sand. Humidity will remain high, ranging between 70% and 90% across the country. Meanwhile, the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea are expected to stay relatively calm.
