<p><strong>UAE to Witness Rare Blood Moon on September 7, 2025</strong></p><p><strong>Dubai:</strong> Stargazers across the UAE are in for a spectacular celestial display as a rare <strong>total lunar eclipse</strong>, known as the <strong>Blood Moon</strong>, lights up the skies on the evening of <strong>September 7</strong>, continuing into <strong>September 8</strong>. According to the <strong>Dubai Astronomy Group (DAG)</strong>, this will be “one of the most photogenic lunar eclipses of the decade,” with <strong>82 minutes of totality</strong>, making it one of the longest eclipses in recent history.</p><p><strong>What Causes the Blood Moon?</strong><br>A total lunar eclipse occurs when Earth passes directly between the Sun and Moon, casting its shadow on the lunar surface. DAG recommends <strong>telescopes or binoculars</strong> for enhanced views. A special livestream will provide real-time feeds from observatories across six continents.
