CBSE Portal Vulnerability: UAE Schools Reassure Students of 'Fair' Evaluation Process

UAE-based schools affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) have reassured students and parents that the recent reports of vulnerabilities in the CBSE evaluation portal will not impact the integrity of the examination assessment process.

The concerns emerged after reports highlighted potential security issues in the digital platform used for the evaluation of answer sheets. However, education leaders across UAE schools stressed that the board has implemented multiple layers of security and quality-control measures to protect student data and ensure accurate marking.

School administrators stated that the evaluation system follows strict procedures, including moderation, verification, and review mechanisms, which help maintain fairness and transparency. They also noted that students have access to verification and re-evaluation options if they wish to review their results.

CBSE officials clarified that the reported issue did not compromise the actual evaluation system or student records. According to the board, necessary actions have been taken to strengthen security protocols and prevent any future concerns.

Educational institutions have encouraged students to focus on their academic goals rather than worry about the reported vulnerability. Schools remain confident that the examination process continues to be reliable, secure, and fair for all candidates.
