’s (ADCMC) strategic plan to expand its geographic reach and improve field coordination capabilities. By enabling more localised decision-making, the Al Ain Centre will ensure faster, more effective responses to emergencies. Dr Abdulla Hamarain Al Dhaheri, Executive Director of the Response and Recovery Sector at ADCMC, described the launch as a strategic milestone in reinforcing the emirate’s crisis management framework. He noted that the project supports Abu Dhabi’s vision of an integrated, advanced, and effective emergency management system. “Our approach is proactive, built on close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of field coordination and readiness for all possible scenarios,” Al Dhaheri said. He emphasized that effective field coordination is the cornerstone of successful emergency management. The Al Ain Coordination Centre is a central element of a broader strategy to boost institutional resilience and accelerate response times. According to Al Dhaheri, the new facility will enhance field capabilities in the region and guarantee round-the-clock readiness for any crisis. ADCMC continues to play a critical role in strengthening Abu Dhabi’s emergency preparedness, developing and implementing comprehensive management policies, strategies, and plans in partnership with local authorities and strategic partners.
