Unveiled in Masdar City, the initiative is led by the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) in partnership with K2 and EMX, the logistics arm of 7X, under the supervision of the Smart and Autonomous Systems Council (SASC).
First Licence Plate for Self-Driving Delivery
A symbolic milestone of the project was the issuance of Abu Dhabi’s first official licence plate for an autonomous delivery vehicle, marking a regulatory advancement and signalling the city’s readiness to integrate autonomous technology into its transport ecosystem.

The “Auto-Delivery” vehicles, developed by Autogo, a K2 subsidiary, are equipped with artificial intelligence and smart mobility technologies.
