Dubai: In a significant employment initiative, Emirates Group has unveiled plans to hire 17,300 new employees across its airlines, dnata, and other group entities this financial year. The recruitment drive spans multiple sectors, including cabin crew, pilots, engineering, customer service, ground handling, catering, IT, HR, and finance.
Since 2022, the group has welcomed over 41,000 professionals, with nearly 27,000 joining operational roles. Today, Emirates Group employs 121,000 people worldwide.

To attract top talent, Emirates will host over 2,100 open days and recruitment events in 150 cities, targeting both global professionals and local Emirati graduates. Dnata alone aims to hire more than 4,000 specialists in ground handling, cargo, and catering.
