Abu Dhabi faces even more intense heat, with daytime temperatures soaring to 45°C and increasing cloud cover. Authorities categorize the heat as very dangerous and recommend staying indoors. Overnight temperatures are expected to stay warm near 34°C, with partly cloudy skies. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts fair to partly cloudy conditions across the UAE today, with a chance of convective clouds forming, especially in eastern regions during the afternoon, possibly bringing rain. Interior areas will see extreme heat, with temperatures ranging between 44°C and 49°C, while coastal and island regions will experience highs between 40°C and 45°C. Mountainous zones will be cooler, with temperatures of 34°C to 39°C. The highest temperature recorded on Monday was 48.7°C at Mezaira in Al Dhafra, underscoring the severity of the heatwave. Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally freshening to speeds of 10–25 km/h, with gusts up to 40 km/h, which could stir up dust in open areas. Sea conditions remain calm, with slight waves in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
