AC Cabins, Meeting Rooms, CafĆ©: Inside Dubai’s First Park Workspace

Dubai is set to redefine the concept of remote working with the launch of its first-ever ā€œWork from Parkā€ facility, offering a unique blend of nature and office-style infrastructure. The flagship workspace will open at Al Barsha Pond Park and is part of a broader initiative by Dubai Municipality to transform public parks into productive, multi-functional spaces.

The new park workspace will include fully air-conditioned cabins, dedicated meeting rooms, and a cafƩ, ensuring professionals can work comfortably even during warmer months. In addition, the space will feature amphitheatre-style seating and flexible outdoor areas, allowing users to choose between indoor comfort and open-air environments.

Designed to support freelancers, entrepreneurs, and remote workers, the facility will also provide access to modern amenities such as hot desks, event spaces, and even creative studios like podcast and content production areas.

This initiative aligns with Dubai’s long-term urban vision, including the Dubai 2040 Urban Plan, aiming to enhance quality of life by integrating work, leisure, and green spaces. Officials say the concept will be expanded to more parks across the city, creating a network of flexible work hubs in natural settings.

By combining productivity with relaxation, Dubai’s park workspace model reflects the growing global shift toward hybrid work environments—offering professionals a refreshing alternative to traditional offices.
