'We're All Targets': UAE's Gargash Calls for Joint Gulf Action Amid Attacks on Saudi Arabia

UAE presidential adviser Anwar Gargash has called for renewed cooperation among Gulf countries following repeated attacks on Saudi Arabia, stressing the importance of collective security across the region.

Gargash warned that the attacks on Saudi Arabia put all Gulf countries at risk. He emphasised the need to revive joint Gulf action and strengthen coordination among regional partners, highlighting that the security of Gulf states is interconnected and represents a shared responsibility.

The call comes amid reports of repeated attacks targeting King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. According to the information reported by Khaleej Times, the October 10 attack caused significant casualties and injuries, while a further attack was reported on October 11.

Authorities have been assessing the damage and responding to the consequences of the attacks. The developments have also raised concerns about regional stability, airport operations and the safety of people in the affected areas.

Gargash's remarks underline the importance of cooperation among Gulf countries in responding to shared security challenges.
