Dubai is gearing up for a landmark appearance at the World Travel Market (WTM) London 2025, bringing together a record 71 tourism partners and stakeholders — the largest ever delegation from the emirate. This significant increase from 62 participants in 2024 showcases Dubai’s continued rise as a leader in global tourism and its commitment to innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
Organised from November 4–6, 2025, WTM London is one of the world’s most influential travel trade exhibitions, attracting over 4,000 exhibitors, decision-makers, and tourism professionals. Dubai’s participation, led by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), reinforces the emirate’s mission under the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) — to position Dubai among the world’s top three global cities for business, leisure, and lifestyle.
A Vision for Sustainable Growth
Issam Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM), emphasized the importance of Dubai’s presence at the international event.
“Our participation at WTM London, alongside our partners, reflects Dubai’s strong commitment to sustainable and inclusive tourism. It demonstrates how effective collaboration between government and private sectors continues to fuel our global success,” said Kazim.
He also highlighted that Dubai aims to build a resilient and accessible tourism model that supports long-term economic growth while maintaining a focus on innovation and visitor satisfaction.
Major Players in Dubai’s Tourism Ecosystem
The Dubai stand at WTM London 2025 will feature major industry players including Emirates, flydubai, Emaar Entertainment Group, Museum of the Future, Rove Hotels, Dubai Holding Entertainment, Expo City Dubai, DP World, and Dubai Municipality.
These exhibitors will showcase Dubai’s diverse experiences — from luxury resorts and cultural attractions to adventure tourism and smart city innovations. The focus will be on how Dubai integrates technology, sustainability, and creativity to provide exceptional travel experiences.
Global Tourism Performance
Dubai’s tourism industry continues to deliver impressive results. Between January and September 2025, the city welcomed 13.95 million international visitors, marking a 5% year-on-year increase. This builds upon record-breaking performances in 2023 and 2024, confirming Dubai’s strong recovery and growth momentum post-pandemic.
Western Europe remains a key source market, with the UK and Ireland accounting for over 2.8 million visitors (21% of total arrivals) during the same period. This makes WTM London a crucial event for strengthening ties with these markets and expanding Dubai’s visibility among European travellers.
