BDS LTD. Seychelles Not Licensed, UAE Warns Public
UAE SCA Warns Investors Against Unlicensed Company BDS LTD. Seychelles
Abu Dhabi: The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has issued a public warning against BDS LTD. Seychelles, stating that the company is not licensed to conduct financial activities or provide investment-related services in the UAE.
The SCA emphasized that it does not bear responsibility for any transactions or financial dealings carried out with the firm, urging investors to exercise caution and verify a company’s legal status before engaging in any investment agreements.
This advisory follows a similar alert last week, in which the SCA cautioned against three other unlicensed entities — Sigma-One Capital, Sigma Wealth World Financial, and Sigma One Cap Marketing Services — after a Khaleej Times investigation revealed that these firms were involved in unregulated trading schemes that caused significant financial losses to investors.
The SCA reaffirmed its commitment to monitoring suspicious entities and encouraged the public to report any unauthorized financial activities.
